Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effectiveness of the clinical application of the artificial dermis combined with autologous skin surgery grafting for wound repair．MethodsThere were 56 cases needed wound repair who were hospitalized in our department from August 2011 to May 2016．At first，expansion removal of necrotic tissue or resection of scar tissue with dysfunction and deformed appearance was carried out，and then the artificial dermis was covered on the wound．After 3～4 weeks of artificial dermal vascularization，the second phase was treated with autologous skin graft．ResultsAll the wounds of 56 cases were completely repaired．There were 4 cases of dermal infection caused by dermal dissolution，and an artificial dermis re-plantation was needed．There were 2 cases failed in dermal tissue formation，and then the skin flap repair was used．The remaining cases successfully finished the two steps of operation plans．The healing effect was similar to the autologous mid-thickness skin graft，and the injury of donor sites was slight in the artificial dermal repair．ConclusionsIt is a good choice of the artificial dermis combined with autologous skin graft in plastic surgery with good clinical effects in addition to the traditional reconstruction methods．
