| 79例经乳晕切口双平面假体隆胸术的回顾分析 |

摘要 目的 回顾分析经乳晕切口实行双平面硅凝胶假体隆乳术的临床价值。方法 通过分析79例行乳晕切口双平面硅凝胶假体隆乳术的小乳症患者的临床资料,综合分析评价患者术后近期、远期并发症,运用BREAST-Q中文版隆乳术评定量表对患者进行术前、术后6个月、术后12个月的满意度评价。数据通过QScore软件进行百分制的转换。结果 所有隆乳术患者术后无血肿形成、无感染发生,近期出现乳头溢液2例,假体异位1例,乳头、乳晕感觉障碍6例(其中1例为双侧),无菌性静脉炎4例。在71位完成远期随访的患者中,出现乳头、乳晕感觉障碍1例,包膜挛缩1例。所有患者术后双乳对称,外形自然逼真、丰满圆润,活动度良好,不影响哺乳,满意度高。结论 经乳晕切口双平面假体隆胸术术后并发症较少,术后患者满意度高,值得临床上推广应用。
