全食管切除术中升主动脉破裂出血1例报告

摘要 2015年3月对1例食管癌患者行全食管切除手术，术中发生主动脉意外出血，采用直接间断缝合修补术得以止血。

Abstract: Total esophagectomy was performed on a patient with esophageal cancer in March 2015. Accidental aortic hemorrhage occurred during the operation. Direct interrupted suture repair was used to stop the bleeding.
