Clinical Observation of Modified Laryngeal Mask Combined with Dezocine for Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the anesthetic effect of modified laryngeal mask combined with dezocine for fiberoptic bronchoscopy.MethodsThere were 90 cases of patients with grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ of ASA were enrolled. They were randomly divided into three groups, with 30 cases in each. The patients in group A were given 2~3 μg/kg of fentanyl and 1~2 mg/kg of propofol for anesthesia induction, and then were inserted normal laryngeal mask. The patients in group B and C were given 0.1~0.15mg/kg of dezocine and 1~2 mg/kg of propofol for anesthesia induction, and then were inserted normal laryngeal mask and modified laryngeal mask respectively. The patients in the three groups were carried out fiberoptic bronchoscopy after anesthesia. It was recorded of the mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) before anesthesia (T0), immediately after induction (T1), immediately after laryngeal mask insertion (T2), 5 minutes after bronchoscope insertion (T3), at the end of the bronchoscopy (T4) and laryngeal mask pulling out(T5), adverse reactions, and satisfaction with the anesthetic effect of the operators respectively.ResultsThe MAP and HR in group A at T1 were lower than that of groups B and C (P<0.05). But it was higher than that of group B and C at T2~T4 (P<0.05). The rates of intraoperative hypoxemia, intraoperative interruption, postoperative nausea, and postoperative vomiting in group A were higher than that of groups B and C (P<0.05). The intraoperative interruption rate of group B was higher than that of group C (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the anesthetic effect of group B and C was higher than that of group A (P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of modified laryngeal mask combined with dezocine for fiberoptic bronchoscopy has advantages such as hemodynamic stability, safety, less adverse reactions and so on, which is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
